Chakra Two: Svadhisthana (Sacral / Sexual / Spleen)

The Svadhisthana Chakra resides in the upper pelvic area at the base of your lumbar spine, halfway between the navel and pubic bone. In Sanskrit, it translates to “dwelling place of the Self.” This is your sacred space of sensuality, desire, creativity, and pleasure.

Water is its guiding element—fluid, cleansing, and full of life. This chakra teaches you how to flow around life’s obstacles while maintaining personal integrity and emotional expression.

Your Seat of Chi or Dantien. Your creative life force resides here—fueling vitality, physical energy, and your ability to stand tall in your truth.
