How is a 49% serum different from your pure single oils?

How and when do I use it?
After cleansing and any water-based serums, warm 3–4 drops between your palms and press gently over the face and neck. Use morning, evening or both, and layer it under or mixed into your moisturizer. Patch test before first use and keep away from the eyes.
