Delivering within the UAE
Delune.ae is for delivery within the UAE only. For delivery outside the UAE, please visit our separate international website, Delune.co.uk. As our global fulfilment arrangements evolve, some orders placed on Delune.co.uk may also be dispatched from Dubai. The shipping information on this page applies only to orders placed on Delune.ae; please refer to Delune.co.uk for international shipping information.

Our Shipping Options
Free Standard Shipping
We offer free Standard Shipping on all UAE orders of 149 AED or more. No codes, no catches — just add your favourites to your cart.
Standard Shipping
For orders under 149 AED, a flat shipping fee of 20 AED will be applied at checkout.
Delivery Contact Number
Please enter a working UAE phone number at checkout. We ship local orders with Aramex, who require a local UAE number to arrange delivery. Please double-check your number before placing your order to help avoid delivery delays.
Delivery Times
We dispatch orders Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Standard Shipping typically takes 1–3 business days from dispatch.
Holiday Closures
Dispatch pauses on public holidays and during the occasional studio closure. We announce closures ahead of time on our social media page, so it is worth a quick look before you order. Anything placed while we are away goes out as soon as we are back. Thank you for your patience, and for supporting Delune.
