Returns, made easy
Changed your mind? If your order is unopened and unused, you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Return postage is at your own cost.

How it works

Write to concierge@delune.ae with your order number. We will send you return instructions. Please keep your parcel until you hear from us.

Once your unopened, unused items reach us, we will refund them to your original payment method.

When something is not right

Damaged, faulty, wrong or not as described: Tell us straight away with your order number and clear photographs, and keep the product and its packaging until we reply. We will provide the remedy required under UAE consumer law.

Allergic reaction: Stop using the product and get in touch promptly with your order number, photographs, the product or batch details, and a dated note or medical report from a UAE-licensed doctor or clinic identifying the reaction and the product believed to have caused it. We cannot approve an allergy refund without this medical evidence.

Good to know

Once a personal-care, cosmetic or fragrance item has been opened or used, we cannot take it back for hygiene and safety reasons, unless it is faulty or damaged. Please do not send anything back until we have sent you return instructions.

Nothing here excludes, restricts or replaces any mandatory rights or remedies available to you under UAE law.
