Return & Exchange Policy

Delune Global FZE is committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchase. Please read our policy carefully before completing your order. By placing an order on www.delune.ae, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase for items bought directly from Delune.ae. Exchanges can be made in-store at our physical locations only. We do not offer mail-in exchanges.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Item must be in new or gently used condition
  • Must be accompanied by the original Delune packing slip
  • Must have been purchased directly from Delune (not a third-party retailer)
  • Exchange requests made after 30 days from purchase may be refused

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety standards, essential oils are non-returnable if the seal has been broken or the product has been opened. To qualify for exchange, oils must be in their original, unopened condition.

3. Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

  • The wrong product was sent
  • The product received is defective or damaged during shipping
  • The product appears to have been tampered with upon arrival

All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Please note: Refunds may take between 10 to 45 days to reflect in your account depending on the issuing bank of your credit/debit card.

4. No Refund After 30 Days

If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase date, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

5. Parcel Forwarding Services

We cannot provide replacements or refunds for orders shipped to parcel forwarding companies if we reasonably believe the delivery to the forwarding address was completed successfully.

6. Payment Confirmation

Upon successful payment, customers will receive an automated email confirmation with details of the transaction including the order number and billing summary. This confirmation will be sent within 15 minutes of payment. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder or contact us at concierge@delune.ae.

7. Order Cancellation Policy

At Delune Global FZE, we strive to process and ship your orders quickly. Therefore, we do not allow cancellations once an order has been placed and payment has been processed.

No Cancellations: Please note that all sales are considered final once payment is confirmed. We do not accept order cancellations, changes, or modifications after the payment is processed through our checkout system.

In the rare event that a product is unavailable, damaged, or incorrectly listed, we will issue a full refund or offer a replacement at no extra charge.

Important: We do not store or pass any credit/debit card details to third parties. All payment processing is securely handled through our PCI-DSS-compliant payment provider.
