Shipping Policy

We're happy to offer convenient shipping options for our customers in the UAE!

• Free Shipping: All orders over AED 150 qualify for free shipping within the UAE. Please allow up to 3 working days for despatch. Please note: our studio is based in Ajman.
• Standard Shipping: For orders under AED 150, a flat shipping fee of AED 24 will be applied.

In addition to shopping directly with us, you can also find select Delune products available on Noon and Amazon.ae, where their respective shipping policies will apply.

We do not take COD at this moment.

Same-day pickup is currently not available at our DIFC location whilst it undergoes refurbishment.
